When you contact us
The project and licensing forms collect your name, email address, optional company, project requirements, budget range, and timeline. We use those details to review and respond to your request. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
When you apply for a role
The careers application form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, where you are based, your availability, your pay preference where a role offers a choice, optional links to a profile or resume you choose to share, and your message. We use those details only to review your application and contact you about it. Applications are stored in the website’s database and are visible only to authorized VAIF TECH owners. To request access, correction, or removal of an application, contact us and include the application reference you received.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in the website’s database and are accessible to authorized VAIF TECH owners through the private administration workspace. Hosting infrastructure processes the requests needed to operate the site. We do not sell inquiry information.
Preview lab and client workspace
Preview changes stay in your browser until you choose to submit a request. Submitted requests include the selected template, company name, accent color, and appearance. For invited clients, we store account details, protected sign-in credentials, proposals, acceptance records, project messages, milestones, delivery links, and payment receipt references. Additional invited project contacts can view shared project information and messages. Clients can access their assigned projects; the studio owner manages those records. Hosted payment pages process payment details separately.
Purchases and payment processing
When you purchase software or pay a project deposit, we keep your name, email address, order details, accepted license terms, payment status, and related license or refund records. Stripe processes payment details through its hosted checkout. This site does not collect or store your card number. You can read Stripe’s privacy notice for its handling of payment information.
Service emails
When email delivery is enabled, our configured provider, Resend or EmailJS, processes recipient addresses and message content to deliver workspace invitations, project updates, purchase confirmations, and other service notifications. We keep delivery status and retry records. These messages support your request or account; they do not enroll you in marketing.
Published work and uploaded files
Authorized studio staff can upload portfolio images and software releases. Published portfolio content and free releases are public. Licensed release downloads require an authorized client account and an active entitlement. Project correspondence stays in the private workspace.
Cookies and technical data
The public website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. A necessary session cookie is used when an administrator or invited client signs in. Security controls use a hashed request identifier to limit abusive traffic. Hosting systems may also record operational request logs.
Keeping and removing information
We use inquiry information for the conversation and any agreed follow-up work. To request access, correction, or removal, contact VAIF TECH through the project form and include the reference from your original request if you have it. Avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your project.
Downloaded software
The included Palette Lab and Launchpad downloads work locally. They do not send telemetry to VAIF TECH. Software you later customize or connect to other services may have different behavior.
