About the role
Keep the VAIF TECH website accurate, current, and polished without writing code. You will publish and update projects, case studies, software listings, and job posts through our content management system, prepare images and copy, and check that everything is correct before it goes live.
What you will do
- Publish and update projects, case studies, software listings, and job posts in the CMS.
- Prepare and upload images and screenshots with clear captions.
- Edit and proofread copy for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Check pages on desktop and mobile after every update.
- Keep the site honest: every feature, price, and result it shows should be true.
- Plan and schedule updates with the team.
What you bring
- Experience managing website content in a CMS such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.
- Comfort preparing images for the web.
Nice to have
- Basic SEO knowledge.
- Experience with design tools such as Figma or Canva.
- An eye for layout and visual consistency.
