About the role
VAIF TECH designs and builds websites, web applications, and iOS and Android apps for businesses. As a project manager you are the client’s steady point of contact: you turn an agreed proposal into a plan, keep design and development moving, and make sure every milestone is understood before it is delivered. We are hiring two project managers.
What you will do
- Run projects from kickoff to launch: scope, milestones, timelines, and handoff.
- Be the client’s main point of contact, with clear and regular updates.
- Turn client feedback into well-defined tasks the team can act on.
- Track progress, risks, and change requests, and raise issues early.
- Coordinate reviews, approvals, and launch checklists.
- Keep project records and the client workspace up to date.
What you bring
- Experience managing web, software, or other digital projects.
- Clear written and spoken communication with clients and developers.
- Comfort with project tools, shared documents, and video calls.
- Organized, dependable, and calm when priorities change.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with how websites and apps are designed and built.
- Experience with milestone-based or agile delivery.
- Experience working with a remote team.
